The former danish policeman, the 91-year old Birger Schroller tells about his time in german kz camps and camps for prisoners of war.
That happened after he was one of the 1960 policemen, who got arrested and deported in September 1944.

In the first episode Birger tells about what happened during his stay in germany, and about the places he was staying.

Birger and the other just under two thousand policemen got arrested 19. September 1944. 

1960 policemen got deported to the concentration camp Neuengamme.

The policemen were deported to Buchenwald 29 September.

16. December 1944 1604 of the Danish policemen were transferred from Buchenwald to Prisoner of war camp Muhlberg.

24. February 1945 Birger got transferred to Froslev, the danish camp.
